Review
After some waiting, the moment was upon us. the lights went out and the timeless Slayer made their way to the stage. This would be mt second time seeing the almighty Slayer in action. The last time was in 95, when I was 14. Now, at the age of 18 I'm at it agian. Slayer opened up with the sequel to "War Ensemble", "Bitter Peace."

Liberty Hall is a small place compared to other places I've been for shows. Slayer was on eyelevel with the pit, which I and my bud were standing on the edge of. Speaking of pits, it was a very energetic crowd, but when is a Slayer crowd NOT enthusiastic. Slayer themselves looked like they were in prime form. I remember Jeff looking rather sluggish on the "Divine Intourvention." he looked heavy, old and tired. Now he looks to have lost a little weight. Kerry is now easily one of the most intimadating looking men on the planet. He was sporting a Stone Cold Steve Austin tank top. He looks as thought the has REALLY hit the weights, not to mention Tom is showing more muscle tone and mass. Paul is in good shape, but when you're the drummer for Slayer, you'd have to be!

The light show was not as spectacluar as it was in the "Divine" tour, but it still added an eerie element to the show. Each color matched the mood of each song. For the first coulple of songs I was literally awe-struck. My eyes wide, my jaw to the floor...Slayer really is an incredible live band. Since this is the day after the show, my left ear feels as though it's been destroyed and my neck is sore beyound belief, so instead of going through the show and talking about all the songs, I will give you a set list. (Even though it some songs are out of place).
