First of all I wanna say that the Desert Ski Pavillion is not a perfect
place for a SLAYER concert because there are thousands of seats and who
knows what is a SLAYER concert can understand that follow their show with
this condition it's a big handicap. However the Mighty Fuckin' SLAYER took
the stage at 5: 20 pm and they played for 45 minutes with violence, power
and precision as usual. The screens shown before the concert some imagines
from "Live Intrusion" (the guy bleeding from his head screaming SLAYER,
SLAYER!!!) and during "South of Heaven" there were some violent imagines
about police fights, cars and aeroplanes crashes, bulls against people on
the street and an disgusting eye surgery!!! The concert was very good but
at the same time really frustrating because as I said before you can not
move as you want because the seats. Next time I hope to see SLAYER in the
way that should be.
Rob Zombie brought out Kerry King for a high-speed version of Thunderkiss '65. Kerry wore nail-spiked armbands on-stage, something he hasn't worn from the Season in the Abyss Tour! |
