Review
I got to the arena over a half an hour before the concert, and when i finally found my sit on teh tribune i've noticed only half of the arena, or even less, was full! When finally my watch showed 6:00 PM i got the only big disappointment this night: Morbid Angel was first!I couldnt understand how they could give the m ost brutal band at the same beginning?!?!Thats why i couldnt headbang at full force because i wasnt warmed-up enough, most of the people were sitting and didnt really get into it(arena half empty!), but i enjoyed the short,30 minutes long set, i could feel the feet of Pete(the drummer) in my chest, literally!

A great band which started just too fast. Skrape followed, all i can say is... crap, some kind of new-metal, not even worth to talk about, then Static-x, it was better than the previos act!Musically i dont find their music ambitious(i dont have any of their albums...and i wont!), but live, on stage it was pretty good, intense and aggresive, though simple, riffs, i was headbangin pretty much, but the most energy i left for...you know who(for those who still don't-SLAYER!!!). A long break followed and after a never-ending chant:"SLAYEAH!", we heard "those" drum beats and they started with full force, intensity, speed and that something magic. Raining blood was godly, then they entered with Chemical which sounded a bit less thick, but still great, Stain was next and it sounded ALOT better than on the album(which is also great) veeeery brutal. Then 2new songs: Disciple and Bloodline, i really cannot comment them before i hear the studio version at least 3 times, i have to get deeply into them, but live they sounded pretty heavy(Discple more), 2 classics from Seasons follwed and all the arena was singing, it was great! After that the mid-paced well known part was played(South of...) and the people exploded in an amoc, a trans of sheer brutality and hard headbanging!I myself was screaming in the breaks between the songs at full throat: "ANGEL OF DEATH!!!" and few people were looking at me like at a maniac with surprise in their eyes, what can i say...THEY WERE DAMN RIGHT!

Finally Slayer has heard my prayers and as the last track was...Angel!GREAT SHIT...all i can say, when they finished Tomd said...Good Night, everyone was like: What the fuck? But that was it!A great but too short set. After a loooong break Pantera has started their stuff, but still talking of the break it was pretty enjoyable: the girls went crazy and they started to take their tops off! It continued for about 30 mins and over 10 girls, thats good GET CRAZY! Pantera had a great set in my opinion, the music isnt as great as Morbid Angel and Slayer, but live it sounds heavy, Phil knew how to keep the fire lit, with alot of good talking about metal and such. All the arena was really enjoying the set, everyone singing and headbanging(my neck and throat hurt for 3 more days!) and they had good pyrothechincs, for example me being at the end of the arena i could feel the heat on my cheeks from the two tumbs of fire! All throughout a great concert with 3 great bands, 1 decent and 1...I'll surely go on their concert promoting "God..."
