As you've read on the page, Tom Araya has been asked by Max Cavalera to join in on a song on the new Soulfly CD, which will be called "Primitive". The song is called "Terrorist" and is actually written by Max AND Tom.

Tom has this to say about it: "We wrote the song together, and it's a pretty heavy tune. The song is about terrorism, not real terrorism, but the musical terrorism that we cause."

Tom has also been listening to the new Soulfly CD; "Alot of it was very interesting. It seems like Max has found something new. It's a cross between alot of things."

There were some rumors on the Internet saying that Slayer were going to tour the U.S. with Iron Maiden / Korn and Nine Inch Nails. That is NOT true! This lineup will only be featured on the still to be confirmed Madison Square Garden show in August! So I repeat, don't believe any shit you read on the net...

Also there are some rumors that Ross Robinson, who also produced Slipknot, might produce the upcoming Slayer album. I begin to get a really bad feeling about Slayer's future. They should get back together with Brian Slagel, but I am just a webmaster who has nothing to say there.

First rumors of a U.S. tour are starting to come in. Recently Vinnie Paul and Dimebag Darrel from Pantera said on MTV (EmpTyV) that they want to do a tour with Slayer after they've finished this years OzzFest and their other tours. They also said, "It's either them or Slipknot, and it looks like we're gonna go out with Slayer, because we completely demolish the United States.".

Sounds like a cool package, doesen't it?

In a recent interview with KNAC Kerry King said that the new album will NOT be out until September at least (!), and that the box set won't be out until Spring 2001 (!!!). He didn't say anything about a possible US tour. Also, Here comes the pain will most likely be featured on the new album since nobody bought the Wrestling Album.

Kerry King and Paul Bostaph are going to be on KNAC on Sunday April 16th at 8:00pm pacific time.

Something different, please don't email me asking about U.S. tourdates, there are NO tourdates or ANY rumors! As soon as there is anything it will be posted on the site!
